This beautiful view over the River Thames is from the Victoria Tower of the Houses of Parliament. The central spire can be seen in the foreground. Big Ben is next and over to the right is the hugely successful wheel, known as the London Eye. The 470 foot high structure is said to have cost 60 million pounds and is well worth a ride.
