St. Louis native Marie Meyer started a flying circus shortly after marrying Charles Fowler. Wing walking and parachute jumping were two of her fortes; Charles flew the aircraft. Here she is atop the wing as Charles perfoms a lot-level pass through St. Louis. The Railway Exchange Building (later the Famous-Barr flagship store) is in the background.
